It was built in two phases in 1970 & 1972 by the Harriman Group and consists of approximately 400 residential units in 5 residential towers (London Court, Paris Court, Venice Court, Rome Court & Vienna Court) above a car park podium.
The Estate is centrally located (within 8 minutes of Central) and is easily accessed by public transport with two green mini-bus routes (No. 3 & 45A) serving Central and Western District respectively. In addition, the building runs its own shuttle bus service to Central and Admiralty.
